This week I have been sewing a lot more, but what I'm sharing now is a small paper project. I have been searching for my journal since I've been home from my trip. I have no idea where it went.. and I had only written in it like 4 times. This week I finally accepted that its gone, and I bought a new one.
I bought the ugliest possible journal though, so I decided to cover it up. Check out the 'before' picture below.
I decided to just cover the whole thing with a sheet of funky paper, and then add some details on top of that.
I kept it pretty simple, but I think it's a big improvement from the original cover! I used different papers for the front and back cover because I didn't have enough of one, but I kind of like the variety. I used some of my new washi tape on the front cover too which I love!
Nice and simple.
